October 5, 2022 - Lake Livingston State Park is experiencing ongoing issues with our water supply system. Temporary Repairs have been made to provide water to visitors. However, water may not be available at all times and in all facilities. Visitors are advised to bring extra water. At this time no new reservations for overnight camping or day use are being accepted. Please call the reservation center at 512-389-8900 to cancel or modify your reservation.

In order to provide a safe environment to the public, the swimming pool is closed. For the convenience of park visitors, improvements are being made to provide access to the lake for swimming and water recreation.

Alligators are known to live in the surrounding area.
