Alerts and Important Information

March 13, 2023 - The park will reopen temporarily beginning March 14 for day visits only (no camping). Entry is free and on a first-come, first-served basis until the park reaches capacity. We are not taking reservations.

TPWD continues to pursue conversations to preserve both the park and Fairfield Lake for future enjoyment. We have received notification from Vistra that it will terminate the land lease for the park. Read more about the situation in our press releases.
