Any refund requests occuring after the reservation arrival date must be submitted in writing or emailed to State Parks Headquarters within 14 days of departure. Please email requests to [email protected] or mail to NH State Parks Reservation Office, 172 Pembroke Rd, Concord, NH 03301
Day Use: Visitors should make a reservation before arriving at the park as parking is limited (especially on nice weekends and holidays). However, a number of walk-in spaces are available, and visitors who do not make a reservation will be admitted on a first come/first-serve basis. Reservations can be made up to 30 days prior to arrival and no later than 5pm on the day of your visit.
Bear Brook has a large network of trails that make it easy to get lost. Please make sure you have a map, compass and/or GPS with you so you can return safely.
Leashed pets are allowed on the park trails, please remove all dog waste.
Trails may be icy during the winter and spring seasons. Microspikes are recommended.

New Hampshire Seniors: Indicate that you are a senior on your order details page and you will not be charged the day-use/parking fee. However, there is a $1 transaction fee for using the online reservation system.
To receive your discount at our per person fee locations, enter the number of NH Senior Citizens in the vehicle/occupant information section of the order details page to receive your applicable discount.
